Doesn’t it seem strange that people have great intentions after the first of the year and usually within the first week or month those new resolutions are out the door. This isn’t because people don’t want to succeed, but there are some fundamental problems that most of us get tripped up on.


Its not anyone’s “fault” so-to speak. The truth is that no one has taught us how to fix our broken behavior patterns. If you try to grow a garden in rocky soil, the garden will never grow. You could be the best gardener in the world, but because of that soil, you will never have success. The plants never had a chance.


This is EXACTLY what happens with people’s goals.


Starting from a young age, we are programmed with specific beliefs about everything. We acquire these beliefs from our parents, schools, friends, spouses, etc…and we don’t even know that we are building them. This passive programming is the real challenge we face when trying to make changes.

  • Our financial beliefs blocking our financial goals.
  • The beliefs about our body and dieting preventing us from losing those unwanted pounds.
  • Our beliefs of not being good enough, not having enough time, or not doing it right that are holding us back from accomplishing all of our goals.
